Clinical Skill Development
One of my primary practicum goals was to enhance advanced clinical decision-making skills. Throughout the experience, I worked under supervision to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans. I also collaborated effectively with nurses, pharmacists, and other providers. My ability to communicate clearly and advocate for patient needs strengthened. Time Management and Prioritization
Finally, I sought to enhance time management and task prioritization. Balancing documentation, patient care, and learning opportunities was initially challenging. However, through guided scheduling and prioritization strategies from my preceptor, I adapted well. By the end of the practicum, I was independently managing patient loads efficiently. This objective was fully achieved, contributing to my readiness for professional practice.
