Select an image that visually represents your understanding of phonological awareness and phonemic awareness. See the example below. You are not allowed to use this sample image or any other similar image for your assignment. Locate images on the internet (or draw your own!) You must create your own wording! Base your wording on information found in your CORE book from the Phonemic Awareness chapter and/or any of the resources provided in Module 2 of this course. Limit your wording to 12 sentences maximum.
For possible full points your assignment must include the following:
- Your meme (showing the contrast between phonological awareness and phonemic awareness) with a brief caption
- A paragraph where you define phonological awareness and explain the difference between phonological awareness and phonemic awareness. Include aspects of phonemic awareness as well.
Each group will submit one meme. Include the name of each group member name at the top of the page. In addition to your meme meeting all the specified parameters for this assignment, it will also be judged on its originality.
