On Monday, I started my morning with one serving of oatmeal topped with half a banana. Alongside, I drank one cup of black coffee and one glass of water. For lunch, I ate one serving of grilled chicken breast, a half cup of brown rice, and one cup of steamed broccoli.In the evening, I had one serving of baked salmon with a half cup of quinoa and a side salad of mixed greens. I finished with one cup of herbal tea and two glasses of water. My physical activity included a 30-minute brisk walk, which complemented my balanced intake.
On Wednesday, I began my day with one scrambled egg, a slice of whole wheat toast, and a small apple. I drank two glasses of water with breakfast. Lunch included one serving of turkey sandwich with whole grain bread, a side of carrot sticks, and one cup of water.Dinner was one serving of grilled tilapia, one cup of roasted vegetables, and a half cup of couscous.
