Embracing Change Through Evidence
This course emphasized the role of DNP-prepared nurses in initiating change grounded in evidence. Implementing practice change requires confidence and clarity in decision-making. Understanding how to use research to influence policies, procedures, and patient outcomes helped me realize how essential evidence is to drive transformation. Embracing this change involves collaboration, transparency, and building trust among teams. As a leader, I am better equipped to encourage innovation using the latest evidence.
