Article Selection Process

To support my topic, I used scholarly databases such as PubMed, Medline, and CINAHL. I filtered search results by using keywords related to ADHD diagnosis and treatment in children. I applied criteria such as peer-review status, publication within the last five years, and relevance to clinical practice. These strategies ensured that I retrieved credible and up-to-date sources for accurate evidence-based insights.

Reason for Choosing PubMed

I selected PubMed because it is a comprehensive and reliable source of biomedical literature. It provided access to free full-text articles, systematic reviews, and randomized controlled trials related to pediatric ADHD. PubMed’s advanced search filters helped me narrow down the results to the most recent and clinically relevant publications.
